A new update has arrived on the IPEMIS system. Many problems solved if all the respected officers and teachers try to read.
This update has a number of changes and new features based on the issues, needs and feedback that have emerged from the field. At the same time there are some internal technical problems and solutions in the software.
All the changes or new features that have come:
1. An Assistant Upazila Education Officer can assign in multiple clusters.
2. Teachers and education officers will now able to delete or delete drafts of their updated information.
3. Even after submitting the teacher profile, school information, student summary for approval, it can revise until it is approve by someone.
4. If the school information or the teacher’s information is draft or submit by the headmaster, it will sent directly to the census form, in which case the headmaster will not have to wait for the approval of all such information.
5. Once the census has drafted or submitted, school information and student summaries can not update until it has approve. School data will automatically update once the census is approve. Once the census is approve, the school information and student summary can update again if require.

6. Even when the census is draft, the head teachers will able to update the information of their own and subordinate teachers and the census draft will update automatically accordingly.
7. If any other user updates the information drafted by the teacher or education officer, he will ask the concern teacher or education officer to select one of the two options. Ask the user to either delete his draft or edit and submit the draft.
8. From the list of applications, the assistant teachers of government primary schools will see their applications from now on.
9. Teachers will also get the option to update their information from the Teacher List page.
10. All the teachers who have become Assistant Upazila Education Officers from the system can terminate from the system and the ID of Assistant Upazila Education Officer can create using the same mobile number / e-mail address.
11. If the login fail, the exact reason for the login failure could not know from the message that was shown earlier. The reason for login failure in this update will properly inform.
12. The date of first joining has add to the basic information of the teacher. Those who have joined the education office before joining the school or who have joined the school before nationalization will give their first enrollment date on the first enrollment date. And for those who have joined the school directly, the date of joining the 1st posting and the date of first joining in basic information will the same.
13. If a teacher updates his / her mobile number / e-mail address after drafting or submitting information, it will be automatically updated in his / her draft or pending request.
All the technical problems that have been solved:
1. Percentage calculation of teacher information update has revise.
2. Fixed the file upload button problem.
3. Fixed a problem with the user creation button.
